Get a round aluminum tube just big enough for a can of beer to fit in. Weld a 60x40mm square plate, with 4 hole drilled and tapped in the corners, on to the tube. Get one of those foam things that keep your beer cold, cut a square in the side of it just large enough for the 60x40 plate. Drill holes, that corrospond to the plates holes, in the heatsink. Get a 40mm square 72W peltier, and an old AT power supply.

Bolt it together, and never again have to suffer through drinking warm beer.

:)

You could use it to cool soup. Just drop it into the dish and turn the fan on.

Or you could use it to iron clothes. Blow it with the hairdryer while you rub it on your clothes.

But DON'T use thermal paste for neither of them...

what do you have on yor graphics card, i have seen one person take a slot2 heatsink and cover their whole graphics card with it, another option is using it for cooling your hard disk. last time i had a slot1 heatsink i cut it up and used the outside parts for ramsinks and the middle but for a waterblock

you could hire a small philipino boy to carve it into a donkey for you...

or you could put it on the Northbridge...

or you could hire a small philipino boy to physically hold it onto the Northbridge for you. or the Southbridge. or the Vid Card. or wherever tickled your fancy at the moment...

or you could hire a small philipino boy to hold a donkey against the Northbridge. or the Southbridge... etc...

this just gets better and better the more i think about it
tee hee

well, all great ideas, but no PC at the mo... im gonna have a palomino 1.6 @2ghz i hope by late october, on an n-force mobo. so i probably strap it to the northbridge, after trimming it down... wont be getting a graphics card till christmas, when i hope to get a GF3 the n-force onboard graphics should be ok till then...

i was gonna try overclocking the cat..... using lotsa coffee.... i thought maybe the extra heat generated could be dissipated by attaching the heatsink and fan to her back......
