CPU-Z showing only 2.5:2:2:5

I have 2x512 dual channel 2:2:2:5 mem and on cpu-z i see only 2.5:2:2:5.
its not under oc.
what can be the prob?

did you set it to Cas 2 in the bios? Or are you letting it read the SPD?

Go into the BIOS and set it manually. Sometimes there is a problem using it set to Auto or by SPD. Just set it manually, and you should be ready to go. You may also want to run Memtest86 to verify the stability.
