NFSU2 demo problems

Hi,well after i install it it pops up with blah blah has encountered a problem(you know what i mean) and I have no idea whats wrong any help,any known problems

hey ice...i am having the exact same problem, i have tried deleting and reinstalling the game 3 times already with no result. Whats up with that???
