NFSU2 BSOD problems

I keep getting BSODed out of the game and I can't figure out why. It doesn't happen at a specific point, but it seems to be when you finally get to pick out your first car. I've gotten a few nv4_disp.dll and a kmixer.sys errors so far.
My computer:
Abit KG-7
MSI ti4400
Audigy Gamer Soundcard

That's all that SHOULD matter...yes, I know it's all old but my drives are up to date! I can't figure out why it's happening, I mean the game has already been patched once :p If anyone has an idea, please let me know.

can we have the full errors if you can, that might help. Could be anything, what are your temps, could be overheating.

I'll try and get more error info when it happens again, but it's the big ugly blue screen, not the friendly one. The one that actually worries me. I considered overheating, but my card it stock clocked right now and so is the processor, my temps aren't getting about 40°C so I don't think that'd be it. I reset BIOS settings to default incase it was memory timings (that's been it in the past) but no such luck.
