picking up AD-FLOW when I come here

Has anyone noticed that when you visit this site you pick up ad-flow advertising ? I have wiped out the cookies three times and it is getting to be anoying.

IE 6 isn't in beta anymore, it blocks most advertising cookies and doesn't affect anything else if I put cookie security on the "Low" setting.
