well i may put a new heatsink on the ram, and i may change the one that on the core but for now im happy with my hacked slot 1 hs and no ramsinks....i have my gf2pro clocked at 230/450 and i get 3135 3Dmarks.....will puttting ram sinks help me?

Ramsinks can't hurt, though I've heard conflicting results (some say it helps, some say it's useless).

I can't imagine anything that helps to cool a component is useless.

Now I ordered these copper ramsinks from a popular vendor and I was less than enthused as they are actually very small (smaller than the ram chip) And the three fin ramsinks I recieved had to be lapped as the base was concaved badly on two of the four I recieved.

If you want ramsinks the Radio Shack Ramsinks are a very cost effective way to go and out of the 10 I purchased they were all perfectly flat.

well...putting my new hs on the core actually hurt me before i was able to get to 235...maybe i didnt lap it right....eventually ill try it with an old p1hs i have......also i have another p1hs ill hack for this....i cant pay for ramsink..:(
