For some reason my vcore is always 1.6 when i look at both asus probe ad cpu-z... my bios has it on stock setting 1.525. y?

what board are you running? if asus, that board usually overvolts when it's idle and undervolts at load

y would it do that? it is an asus p4pe-x.

Its the way the power system is setup on Asus motherboards, its not 100% stable so to compensate it feeds more volts then under load feeds the right amount because of the way it works.
