that program is the widely used and ever popular wcpuid by h. oda. it basically tells you a load of info about your cpu, and peeps use it to show off overclocks.

hi i downloaded and installed the program...where did it go... it overwrote my read me now i cant find it...

Don't get it from his site I had problems also, get it off another site.Try a search or check the homepage here I think it might be in the downloads.I'll look for a link and post it in a while.
