Well, I've been dreaming up a water cooling system for the better part of 5 years now. Never got around to it, since it was never really needed until the prescott. Switched from a Xp-120 to this setup.

Here are the parts:

Pump: Quiet Cool 1200
Waterblock: Swiftech 6002-p
Rad: 302-2 Autozone
1/2" ID tubing

Rest of the computer:
Dual PSUs 430W Antec/ 300W Generic
3.2E Prescott still finding OC
Abit IC7-G
Pc 4000 OCZ Gold Rev 2 1GB
9800 Pro

I started by making a shroud out of 22 Gauge Aluminum. Bent it by hand, and used some rivets we had.

Cost:
Radiator 17.99
Shroud- Free
120MM fans- 20.00
Waterblock: 42.50
Pump: 25.00
Tubing- 2.50
Fittings- ~10.00
Paint: 5.00
Total: Roughly 140.00

Results:
This thing is solid. Idle temp is 37C prescott at 3650, load goes up to 42C, on an Ic7-G which reads high. Same sytem using a XP-120 idle was around 47C, but load would was between 65-68C! Overall I'm pretty happy. Took me a lot of time, mostly getting the radiator made, and mounted. From there is was all pretty quick.

Performace performance? Whats your temps?

A stock speeds load is around 42C, and with the prescott a 4ghz 1.44v load is around 50C. To put that into perspective. With a thermalright xp-120 load was around 68C on this ic7-g.

Dual PSU is to hit 4000 mhz. Socket 478 wasn't really meant for the prescott so it needs stable juice.

Here are some more pics:

I like that case what is it?

Not sure. I went to this local hole computer shop, and noticed they had some old cases. Asked the guy how much, and he said 15 bucks. I said I'll take it.

From what I can tell it's an older Inwin Server Case.

Not bad. You should try and move the tee between the rad and pump and eliminate the 90 degree bend. Nice work on the shroud.

I did the math behind the energy loss in that bend, and it translated into a trivial reduction in head loss, which resulted in a very small drop in flow.

Nice setup Indyxc1!! Looks like that big empty case was just asking for watercooling.

Glad the 3.2e is working good for you

Looks very cool. Planning on WC my system, hopefully it turns out good like the all the systems I have been seeing lately.

BTW, was the Snaple good. :D

No relay. I simply wired in the "on" wire, into the on wire on the main psu. Also wired together 1 ground.
