Wierd Request

Ok...I just got Everquest 2 and I want to play it...unfortunatly my University Blocks the ports and wont open them...no worries I have Dial-Up (Yes EQ2 is playable over Dial-Up) and I am using it to Play EQ2. Well while EQ2 using the Dial-Up is great I don't want the other things like IE and Trillian Using the Dial-Up I want it using the Universities 10Mbit Internet connection they give me so I can DL at 1100KBps for everything else except EQ2. So my question is this, How if at all can I force EQ2 and ONLY EQ2 to use the Dial-Up connection and everything else Trillian...etc to use the LAN because right now everything is defaulting to the Dial-Up which is slow especially when playing EQ2 and I don't want that. I am running Windows XP Professional with no Service Packs and I wont install any service packs ether so don't suggest it.
