Screensaver won't turn on unless all users logged in

Hi

I am having a problem with Windows XP, that I have been having ever since I installed it 10 months ago. I have two users on my logon. If only one user is logged on, the screen saver will not turn on, regardless of the setting. If both users are logged on, the screensaver works perfectly. The settings for power and screensavers are identical for both users. Not a great big deal but would like it fixed. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

try to change the settings for one user. use a different screensaver and see what happens.
