What browser is this??

I was crusing the internet one day and seen this browser that only workd on Win2k and it requird a videocard with 32 mb of ram, a processer that was faster than 500, well anyway it required alot to run but it was like a cube and you had 3 veiws (the sides the top and the bottom) it was also in 3d. At the time my computer couldn't run it so i didn't download it but now i can run it and i can't find it anywhere. any help????

Has anyone had any experience with using either of these??

I downloaded it and then looking through the FAQ I found out that it does NOT support Voodoo3 cards (also Banshie) so in my opinion it is not that great of a program if voodoo isn't supported lol .
it does look very cool I wish I could run it but no so it SUCKS lol

I tryed Vios... Its just like the game Black and White... not very pratical for serious surfing in my opinion though...But it is cool looking
