im bein asked by OE that if i can compressed my files to gain HD space..what that means?...what if i just delete the messages that are on my deleted items folder?

What it means is that Outlook Express thinks that you are running out of hard drive space. You can choose to compress your messages or not. It really doesn't matter unless you're pressed for HDD space.

HOWEVER, compressing your messages gives you longer load times when you click on them.
