Low score in 3D Mark03 with FX 5900XT

I have with standard frequency390/700 4680points If i set frequency in Rivatuner to 465/900 and i have 5210 points. How much is score affect by CPU. I have an old Athlon XP. What's your score with 5900XT/5900/5900U? :D

That's actually about right with that card. It's not low.

Yeah but that test was run with a P4 3.2 i believe.

I have a 5900 pny se and i get 5676 and i think that is pretty good oc'd at 480/900

Yeah thats a good score for a SE.I had a BFGFX5900 128mb Nu and thats what I used to get with it(Un overclocked) till i flashed it with leadtechs 5950ultra bios then it would score 6400 almost everytime i ran it.Best score with that card was 6903.oh yeah with a P4 2.6 800fsb@3.2

just because your video card overclocks higher - does not mean it will urn better

every piece of hardware has a "sweet" spot

my old ti4600 Ultra i could O/C to 750 / 330 i think - but i got higher scores @ 729 / 320 :)

well i think i found my nitch, because any lower my score drops pretty decently and i cant get higher without it being unstable...me thinks i am going to get the nv silencer 3...yeah...they i wont have a mini heli-copter in my case...
