Diablo 2 CD-KEY

I installed diablo 2 and the expansion. Im about to reinstall my OS(WIN2k) and my little brother seem to misplaced jewel case that had the cd-key on it. Is there a way I could see the cd-key from the comp. I checked regedit but I couldnt find it, am i looking in the wrong place?

I just went through my registry for you. There is no registration key in the registry. Actually, I was suprised at how little this game puts in the registry.

check the game files it should be around there somewhere.

i looked in the reg and it wasn't there....i looked in the D2 folder and couldn't find it...the next thing i would do is email bliz with a username/password for bnet and explain it to em....they *might* email you back your key (because i do know it checks your key whenever u log on, so it has to be SOMEWHERE)

maybe they'd even tell you where it's stored on your hard drive so you could find it yourself (and tell us where it's at)
