OEM is cheaper and to get one go to www.pricewatch.com and get the best price, then check that vendors re-seller rating with www.resellerratings.com

I actually noticed that OEM's are a bit worst, to get the AYJHA-F you probably will need one of the new shipments so it would have to be a normal retail, but that's only if you care about that.

I almost always buy OEM. Pricewatch and resellerratings is the best way to go. Make sure you check Newegg though they always have good deals and sometime thier not on pricewatch.
