What clock speeds does a GeForce2 GTS have to be at for it to be equal to a GeForce2 Pro, including the fact that the memory is 1 ns apart? Also, what counts as artifacting? Can ramsinks help with artifacts?

GeForce 2 PRO 200/400 128Bit DDR

Artifacting is usually a result of memory being overtasked, ramsinks could help, but if you have 5.5ns memory you may not reach 200/400mhz. I thought I had seen others make it there, but recently it seems 5.5 won't go to 200/400 very easily.
