Watercooling?

I plan on using a 2cool watercooling system in my set-up but I was wondering should I use water or anti-freeze. If it`s anti-freeze what type should I use.

Most Intel CPU's do not need watercooling as its overkill since Intel does not run as hot as AMD. You can save quite a bit of money just getting a good quality HSF air cooling does just fine for most Intel CPU's
