The COOLEST memory?? (temperature)

I've noticed that recently the overclocking thing isn't just about cpu's anymore. Now we're cooling our ram, gpu's, hard drives, etc. etc. I, for one, am just sick of all the heat. On to my question.............

So I built a system for a friend the other day using some Infineon value memory and noticed that after playing on it a ton, the ram was cool to the touch. Now, I want to find the same thing for my laptop. My laptop ram runs like the devil's asswarts on a bus ride to hell.........ON FIRE!!!

Is there ram (in this case sodimm) that runs particularly cooler than others??

i've never found laptop ram that ran cooler than other's. Problem is with the lack of airflow where they are installed, and that they are installed flat and on the bottom so the heat has nowhere to go but up and back into the module.
