Stupid DVD player (I NEED HELP :()

ok so I bought a DVD player and it doesn't play the dvds correctly everything is fast and jittery. I tried uninstalling the drivers and then reinstalling but that didnt. Can someone please help. Also when it plays my CPU usage peaks and stays aroun 100% and when it plays like it should (which is lfor a second it is at 23%). Look at the CPU usage graph it should help to explain

512mb ram
crappy intel mobo
2 hds
cd burner
64mb nvidia geforce4 mx 420

yes finally I found a firmware update and now it works :D Ya ur system is almost the same as mine
