is the updated sl350, with a 21a 12v sufficient for powering an a64? would it be worth upgrading to a silent purepower thermaltake 480w?
the sl350 comes with the slk3700amb case which im interested in. i would have to pay $60 extra dollars for the thermaltake

It should do fine as you can see I have my system powered up with the exact same case and what do you mean "updated" SL350? They have newer version of it?

The Thermaltake is a lightweight anyway, I'd get the Antec and save the cash. If it really makes 21A on the 12V (seems a bit hard to believe to me, but who knows) it's likely better than the TT if you don't have the 3.3+5 loaded heavily.
