Generic best vid card question

Yes, I know these questions are generic and always around, but I just wanted to hear if from the knowlegdable horses mouth so to speak. I've been out of the computer scene lately, so...
What is the Best ATI AGP card out there right now?
is it still the 800xt or w/e... what brand? Now, not he state of the art $1k cards, just the usually in the store$500 or so card.

The x800xt pe is the king of the hill at the moment in the ati side, I don't know which is the better manufacturer but right now I guess is the one that you can find.

Just to ask, why ATI only? The 6800 Gt flashed to Ultra will comparably to a X800 XT.

Cuz we love ATi :clap: but yes the 6800U is a good contender, though ive never seen one in action
