Well I just got my new computer.
My old computer: 700mgh CPU and 256 megs of ram. it wasn on the internet well and in genral ran fast then what you think.
My new computer is an AMD64 3000+ with 256meg of ram. Whe web pages load fast but when I scroll down the pages lag. My first thought is that I need more ram. But my old computer was XP pro and my new one is XP home(couldnt find home). So any info on what the problem could be would be helpful thanks?
