TT Thunderblade Good For Rad?

Hey, this was probably asked before many times but are the Thunderblade fans any good for a dual rad system? Will they has enough force to cool the rad effectively? They *say* its rated 21dba at 78cfm. Has anyone compared the dba to the sanyo's in the classifieds? Thanks
Also are the green LEDs true deep green?

My friend has one, I'd say it's more like 27-28DBA and around 65CFM.

I think thats still pretty good. You know if it has a deep green color?
