options 2-4 will probably give you the same oc results overall, but id go with the Opt.4
Have you seen the new ram that OCZ has out? You might want to wait and see how it does on P4 rigs. I know that it is excellent on A64's. It's pc3200 gold VX by ocz. Just came out the other day, and will hold 2-2-2 timings up to 270 Mhz with 3.5V vdimm. You'll have do some research though, because I don't know the max vdimm on your board or if the ddr booster will work with your board. Also, check out how this ram does on P4's. Here's a link about it.

Only if he has a Booster.
Yeah, that's what I was saying. You'll either have to stabilize the vdimm on your board and do a vdimm volt mod or buy the ddr booster and do some research to see if you need to mod your vtt at all or do something to stabilize it. On NF7's we have to do a vtt mod to stabilize our vdimm once it passes 3.1V or so.
I also read the thread about the new OCZ ram... but these options are in special from a local store.. so....
Well then, I'd go with option four. If it's ocz pc3700 gold rev 3 then it has Hynix DTD5 chips in it and is rated up to DDR500 without mods. My brother has a pair of these and he's hit 280 Mhz 1:1 on them. Great ram. Do you know the revision of the ram?
Here's a review that says basically the same thing.
