hey every1,
Im debating on what all to buy on BF. I know Mushkin has more BH-5 for sale, but the new OCZ looks promising...should i hold out for the new stuff or go with the tried-and-true bh-5? I will be running this on a NF7-S v2 with a XP-M 2600+

Hard to say, but it sure seems that BH-5 is still the measure of greatness for memory.
At least if you purchased the BH-5 from Mushkin, and OCZ's new memory does prove to be all they hype it to be, you could sell the Mushkin and probably make money on it.

If the OCZ is everything that is has been in the few benchies I've seen, it looks like they can be better than BH-5 for max speed. BH-5 can do 2-2-2 timings at 200 MHz with only around 2.6 volts. The OCZ RAM needs at least 3.2v to start doing 2-2-2 at 200 MHz. Of course it flies at high speeds with super low timings after you feed it the voltage.
