RAM sink HELP for my 9800pro

hi.. i have a HIS radeon 9800 Pro iceQ

it has ramsinksm and it has a huge cooler on it.. its quiet and all..
but i cant go really hight with core and memory frequency's.

Should i just take the ramsinks off put some as3 or as5 on? or should i change them with some copper ones?

any suggestions are welcome
at defaul speeds i have 378 / 338

how high can you overclock? my 9800 pro with stock hsf could only go to 425/360

I dout you get much more at all with different sinks. Are you planing on volt moding it? You'll want better cooling if your gonna volt mod to OC it. But if you arn't volt moding, may as well keep whats on there, or get a silent cooler for it.
