Is my 3.3v rail too low (link to live 8 hr monitoring graph)?

When I start playing games I notice that my 3.3v rail drops a little.

My 3.3v drops to 3.12v and my 5.0v rail holds above 4.9v and my 12v rail drops from 12.4 to 12.1v

My system is stable but I had to slow my memory down to 2.5-3-3-10 2T from the SPD timings of 2-2-2-5 1T and BUS from 1000Mhz to 800Mhz to acheive a stable PC.

The first thing to check with a 3.3V problem is the ATX power connector. Disconnect and check for discolored pins or wires and then reconnect and check voltage again.

Are you reading with a multimeter? If not, it's higher.
