In the Final Fantasy games, 256 bit palleted textures is required to be enabled for the game to look properly when run in hardware acceleration mode. The problem is, GeForce cards do not have this feature enabled under 98, ME, or 2K, but it is enabled by default in XP-RC1 using the drivers provided by Microsoft. Is there any way to enable this feature in the other Windows Operating Systems?
