IC7-G + COOLER MASTER AQUAGATE ALC-U01 Liquid Cooling

Hello: Does anyone know if COOLER MASTER AQUAGATE ALC-U01 LIQUID COOLING will work great with the IC7-G motherboard? I have a Intel Pentium 2.4b 533 Buss and would like to overclock it to about 3.06Ghz, or maybe even higher...Will this cooling system provide enough efficiency?
Anyone have any suggestions regarding internal or external water cooling kits like this one that will give great temperature results?
