Ok, ive read all of the recources on how to overclock...now how do i do it????!! DO i download a program, or do it in bios? What!? It says what to do, but not how to do it. Can someone please clear this up for me?

Post your system specs, motherboard, CPU, memory, heat sink etc....

i've written many replies on K6-2/3 O/C'ing here...
the best you can do is use the "search" function...
look for "k6-2" and set for "all time"
you'll have tons of info...
basic in my experience has been this,

2.8vcore
fsb 112 maybe 115
multiplier, you'll probably be stuck, but you can try 5

this don't mean squat tho...
without proper RAM, PC100 might not cut it...
cooling, use a socket A type for best results
and a decent Vid card to handle the FSB increase

also, you can pry off the cap of the chip, and allow it to be cooler...
but then make sure your "transfer compound" grease (which you had better be using, and know what it is :) )
is on NEATLY... and that the hsk/fan make a solid flat connection to the core.
