i want to try and fill my whole case with light, but i kinda wanna hide the lights so which setup should i use?

also is it bad for the psu to turn on your cold cathodes, and turn em off?

I have a rocker switch with mine, and im gonna use it so when i go to sleep i can turn the lights off because itll be pretty bright. So is it hard for the psu if i were to turn it off, then turn it on right after? like a lil flip of the switch really quick? cuz my psu is a raidmax and im not sure if it could handle it or not, so ya is it bad? and what setup?

2nd pic, no whoever told you its not safe to turn your lights off is an idiot... why you think they have switches on them? but you should try each layout and see which gives the best effect.

no one said it i just assumed it, well someone said that cold cathodes need a lil jolt of power to turn em on. So hypothetically speaking, if the lights were on, then i turned em off, and instantly turned em back on would that screw something up?

i think you could because one time i switched mine off and on and my comp shut down thank god nothing got screwed up but im not doing that again. But anyway id say 2

how should i mount my lcd and rocker switch? like this

http://img37.exs.cx/img37/6708/LCDmod.jpg

btw the lcd and switch is the bottom one above the floppy, in case u didnt know

well should i have the switch on the left and the lcd on the right, like in the pic, or should the switch be on the right and lcd on the left?

btw im not sure how i will mount the lcd, ill cut the hole with a dremel, but how would i mount it? i dont wanna see any screws. Im thinking about gluing 4 nuts onto the bay cover to where the holes on the lcd will be, and then just screwing them into the glued nuts. Could i put hot glue over it for support? would it matter if i put hot glue over the pcb of the lcd?

also for wiring it up i can cut off a floppy connector and solder some female molex pins onto right? then put a male molex on the lcd? could i link stuff, such as fans or something to the lcd power?

Looks to me like you should put one light on the bottom and the other on the back side.
