I ordered a 3200 winchester processor the other day, and decided i might as well jsut pay 60 more dollars for a 3500 so my question is...If i dont even touch the package when i get sent the processor...will they still charge me the restocking fee? I mean iI'm going to call tomm first thing and let them know, as it stiill says it hasnt even been shipped yet. If show them ive ordered the 3500 processor, do you think they will waive the 15% restocking fee as i havent even touched the processor?

I think they will, unless you cann them and do something like tell your situation, loyal customer, beg, plead, etc. and they might eb nice enough a waiver it. I'm sure if u cann in though they'll waiver it .

if they dont, uh....

I dont know I ordered a case from them. It was two days late and I went out of town. Fedex held it for one week and shipped it back. They took out the restock fee and the box was never opened. But its worth a shot
