so im not sure which section this belongs in...but hopefully i can get some help.

whenever i start to do work on my computer....my pc reboots itself. dont know why. i dont know if its a powersupply problem but as far as hardware ive replaced pretty much everything except motherboard and powersupply. sometiems it will reboot 3 times before even getting to the powersupply. i thought that maybe it was when im playing a game like unreal tournament...but its not the gaming that's causeing it.
so i have no clue what it could be

pc is:
1.1 gh 512mb ati raedeon 7500
amd

Sounds like overheating. Use a program like speedfan to check your CPU temperatures.

It could also be the powersupply. It wouldn't hurt to try a different one if avaliable.

But generally speaking, rebooting problems usually come from the RAM, overheating issues, or the powersupply. You might have a faulty stick of RAM.

If your PC crashes under Prime95, that's not a good sign. It tells you it's unstable. Try underclocking a bit and see if that helps.

Three main things to check:
[list] Power Supply. Use motherboard monitor (http://mbm.livewiredev.com/) or Speedfan (http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php) to check the PSU voltages. Double check using a multimeter if possible.
Memory. Try running memtest86 from http://www.memtest86.com to see if there are any RAM issues.
Heat. What are your CPU temperatures, idle and load? Use mbm or speedfan to check. Make sure cooling apparatus is correctly and firmly attached.

Have to agree with the above two posts.

Check your temps. If you're not overheating, then I'd wager it's your PSU. Sounds more like overheating than anything else though.

Like explained earlier my computer will just reboot on it's own might be a memory problem i used a memory tester and it failed six test before it crashed rebooted on me, below are my pc health stats

system temp 44c/111f
cpu temp 5c/41f
system fan 2280 rpm
cpu fan 3750 rpm
vcore 1.72
+3.3v 3.24v
+5v 4.94v
+12v 11.91v
-12v -12.44v
-5v -5.35v
vbat[v] 3.07v

If you tried a memory tester and it failed. You have bad ram.

i think i might have a bad cpu also it's temperature has been 5c\41f for the last two days

Your voltages are correct. The temp is wrong. I'm assuming your 1.1Ghz is of the AMD T-Bird type. Little space heaters those are, without proper cooling your looking at a system lock/crash and a damaged processor if it got too high.

Strip your system to just opreating needs to keep power usage to a min. Now try to pinpoint the problem with trial and error, borrow friends processors, ram, motherboards etc.... This is what makes computers fun, Murphys law loves computer systems :)

That sounds more like a broken tempature sensor, but it could be the CPU too i suppose. Theres no way it's 4 degrees above freezing.

In my experience, an overheated CPU/system would shut down completely, not reboot. Just out of curiosity, do you keep your system virus/spyware free? There are quite a few virii out there that randomly reboot Windows boxes. Just a thought.

yea i think it is the sensor and as far as the spyware it's pretty clean and yes it reboots instead of just shutting down i am able to stay on for about 10 mins then it just starts to reboot.
