what is the command line to open up the windows startup. It's a window that has all these tabs concerning autoexec, config, and various others. the tab i'm interested in is the last one called windows selective startup. on there you can check off or on what you want to startup when windows loads. thanks.
msconfig
Somewhat related, Tweakui is pretty handy too...
Its located on the Win98 CD, in \tools\reskit\powertoy\ folder
right click the .inf and hit install.
or you can DL it from MS.
There is also another one - Tweaki which runs not from the control panel but from the start-programs-etc..
I'll see if I can dig up a URL.

You could try Regrun2 (http://www.greatis.com/regrun2.htm) or you could use MSconfig taken from WinXP (http://www.ipkonfig.com/Downloads/msconfig.exe)
