silicone tubing, its great stuff, its what i'm gonna use on my water cooling system, it seals a lot better as its softer, it doesnt degrade in UV light. all you gotta make sure is you dont get oil on it, and this makes it perish, but anti-freeze etc is fine. also u can get really cool colours of silicone tube.

I thought its stiffness might be a problem when I built my first watercooling system (using silicone tubing of course) - but I found that after running for a day or so the heat from the water running in the tubing had softened it enough for it to settle into position nicely, and become much more flexible.

Try taking all of the computer hardware out of the case, and playing a hair dryer over the tubing slowly, to heat it up. You ought to find it becomes much more manageable, and if you hold the waterblock in the position it needs to be while the tubing cools it should be fine. I reckon it ought to work with your PVC tubing - if it doesn't, just get some silicone stuff.
