Im currently running a Chieftec dragon (standard size not the server one witht he sideways PSU), but id like a little more room, im running out of HDbays,+ the case looks like crap after so many mods and the screw hole for the video card is not secure.
I currently only have my CPU cooled but i am also looking at cooling the video card. as of right now I have the radiator in the top of the case, and I really like that setup but i could change if necessary
Anyways, looking for suggestions on a new, bigger case.
I would Prefer not to spend more than 150 for a new case. (id really like a mountian mods case, but dont have the$$$$$)

Try taking a look here:

You might find something that meets your needs. The larger Addtronics/Antecs might do since you said you want more HDD bays and keep the rad in the top.
A Chenbro Genie can accomodate a dual 120 heater core with some work and I think has 4 HDD bays in the back. Makes for a clean setup. Maybe a Yeong Yang Cube server. They're around the $100 mark I believe.

The full tower dragon wouldnt be bad. I got a case with the sideways powersupply and I was thinking why the **** would you do that? It only took about 30 minutes and I had a normal positioned powersupply. Its a LITTLE bit crooked, but you cant tell from looking if you dont know what your looking for. I could have done a little better job at modding it, but its not hard.

This only comes within your budget by not including freight....still it has definite possibilities.
Yeong Yang Cube (http://www.rackmountpro.com/productpage.php?prodid=24)
For right around the same price once freight is included is the Stacker for $172 delivered from mpcparts.com
These are a couple of some 'upper' end cases however. Prices are fairly steep.
Also check out Newegg.com and check the Codegen cubes, they are listed as server cases. They do run $180 unfortunately however but look to have loads of space.

That case gives me a stiffy, but I like em small.
Put the rad in the top 5-1/4" bays and put the buttons in front of the rad so you dont loose many bays.
edit BTW the bigger case, cause I know you dont like em small like me, same idea though.
