Which SCSI controller card?

Well, I plan on getting a Fujitsu 36.7 GIG SCSI drive, for windows and games like Hl2, and EQ2, where loading times suck. I need a 68 pin SCSI card, it only needs to support one drive, and needs to be under $100 USD. The mobo I will be getting will support PCI-E x1. Would their be advantages to finiding and getting a card that uses this interface, or would I be better off with a PCI card?

If you can find a card that will support it, by all means do so. The extra bandwith will come in handy.
