Need help designing a video machine for work.

My boss and I have to sit through 8 hrs of video CPE next week and he wants to be able to view it in fullscreen without stuttering. We have a good DSL connection. Can you please suggest a solution for me to order and build by next Wednesday.

Processor: Anything over 1.5GHz
HD: 7200RPM ATA133 or ATA150
Board: For Intel a major brand with a Intel chipset. For AMD a Nforce 2 or most recent VIA's
Memory: 512MB is a good start, more is mostly always better. Stick with a major/proven brand.
Video : GF4 on up or ATi 8500 and recent.
