I have an NF7-S ver2 mobo , xp2400+ mobile L12 modded, and I use the Abit EQ software to monitor my voltages and temps. There is some instability at 2400 and 2500 mhz. What I have noticed is that if I set my VCore in the bios to 1.825v, in the Abit EQ it willl dance around erratically between 1.74 to 1.86. My +12v goes from 12.04 to 12.10, which I think is OK. Could the erratic vcore voltage be why there is instability at the higher overclocks? I am using an Enermax EG465P-VE power supply. If so, could you please reccomend a good Power Supply. I am almost sure I can make this stable at 2508 mhz. (12x209)
My cpu temp even at 2508 mhz. is only 38C (47C) under heavy load. But during games, I will get kicked to the desktop.

The Abit software is not very reliable for reading voltages. Always use a meter. You being booted to the desktop does not necessarily mean it is the PSU it could very well be your Vid Card taking a header under heavy load. Even if your Card is not OCed the fact that your CPU is will cause it. I have seen this more then once.

The PSU you are currently using is a good PSU in it's own right. Before you pull out the waller looking to go buy a new PSU. I would recommend you pull out a meter first.

Please check ur memory and cooling on ur cpu. That psu you have can handle way more than what you have right now.
