In your opinion, using a 31CFM Thermaltake FAN in an ANTEC 1030b case with good airflow, with an AMD Tbird 1.2 on an EPOX 8K7A+ mb, which one would be the best ?

SK-6 with a delta is going to be a lot better. THe 370 is a fine heatsink, but the sk-6 is about the same price with better performance.
