Right Click on a file - Tons of stuff I dont need

So many programs have integrated themselves. Is there any easy way that I can change all of that, instead of going to each and every program? I'd really like to change the place of different options, add my own, ect.

When I right click something, sometimes it takes forever, I mean like 15 seconds or so, I figure this is why.

I'm surprised there isn't a program out there that lets you delete/add to the context menus. I'd think it'd be very easy to create, and people would love to have it. People would probably happily pay a small fee, like $2 to download it...... Hmmm, I have an idea!
