Asus

I have recently purchased an anus - i mean asus cusl2 motherboard and impatiently awaiting its arrival. I have been told that Asus vid cards do not seem to perform well with asus boards though? Can anyone tell me if this is true - before I make a mistake?

Hmm..well that makes no sence if it is true.
Maybe they test them on abit boards :)

Not sure. I was talking to a guy at a local store here and asked for a suggestion on video cards. First suggestion was the asus geforce 2 until I told him that I was getting the cusl2. He said that he has had a couple of customers that have run into compatability problems between asus boards and vid cards. Seemed kinda odd to me - was just wondering if anyone else had heard such.

compatiable issues can be solved with biosupdate and drivers, etcetc

it's fine............and works great
my uncles has a asus cusl2-c mobo with asus v7700d geforce2 gts 32mb ddr display card
