I'm having a great time with UT 2k4, but I was curious if there are any good maps, characters, or other mods that are out now (and are free). I've already downloaded all the maps from the "community" section in the game & I was wondering if there were any other downloads like them.

Thanks,

Latest patch.

Download maps from here:
http://ut2004maps.com/

These are some great ONS maps:

ONS-Nevermore
ONS-Urbanstrike
ONS-Pipeline
ONS-Icarus

Also get both community bonus packs, and the ECE made a few months ago.

There are also some kick ass maps, that are made from the normal maps, but with extreme vehicles and stuff in em.

One is Torlan, that has Ion Tanks and a Levi, and theres one for Arctic Stonghold, with Ion tanks, and another for Torlan called Winter edition r somet, has Ion turrets.

Check em out.

My favorite mod so far -- Carball (http://www.carball.org/index.php?p=files).

Carball is so much fun... it's bringing new life to LAN parties where I live... I'm seeing kids who usually play nothing but CS addicted to Carball... I had a LAN at my place a couple weeks ago and about 8 of us stayed up until 4am playing the thing... great fun.
