I have now used my new celeron800@1066 about few weeks.
now it started to be more and more unstable! 3Dmark2000,2001 will run some tests but when test is over, it comes back to OS, and 3Dmark is not running anymore. only windows screen!
I have turned my mems back to Cas3-3-3, but still same
problem, even with corevoltages up to 2.0V! At 896MHz(112FSB)
it is really stable. It can't be AGP running too high speeds,
my old P2/333 was running also at 133FSB(2.5x133), and
there was no problems! HELP ME!!!!!!

Hi tonsku :)
Firstly: are you using a very good cooling system? A good air cooled system I mean :)
Secondly: make at least 3 days of intense burn in with the 100x8 frequency at the stock voltage!
Then let me say how is it going ;)

I forgot....make your cpu at 1.85 volts when you will try to turn it back to 1066 mhz ;)

Yeah, you need to get yourself some better cooling. I had the same problem when I first OC'ed mine. I still do if it gets too hot in my bedroom where I have my computer. Pick up a good heatsink/fan combo and then try OC'ing that cpu and see what happens then.

It seems to be a heat prob,
I suggest you to install to check your chip temps MotherBoardMonitor that you can found at http://mbm.livewiredev.com/ never must go over 50 degree C @full load (100% load), but less is better.
If your chip is working over 50 degree C, replace your Cpu cooler with a Thermalright SK6 or a Millenium Glaciator, and remember to apply a thin layer of thermal paste on the Cpu Core.

I hope it helps you ;)
