how to set ram timing to 3-3-3 and the L2 cache...

i wanna know how to set ram timing to 3-3-3, got award modular bios with cpu softmenu 2... and does it help in OCing?

another one...
setting L2 cache delay... will this help? my default delay is "8", should i change this???
