Water Cooling

I have a question,i want to use a peltier system and water cool the hotside of the peltier . What type of sealent is recommend for sealing the cpu to the motherboard and where could i find it at?

i would use sponge, but if you want to use selant go for nromal stuff, so it is easy to take off
