Autonomous Windows XP install

Alright guys, I have searched google and the forum but could not find instructions on how to create an autonomous windows xp installation cd. tech tv had a show on it a while back but i can't find it now. I am hoping to make an autonomous installation disk that automatically updates during install. Any help would be appreciated.
