yo, there aint going to be an Ultra now, there will be instead an GeForce 3 Ti 200 which is about the same speed as a GeForce 2 GTS but with all the new bells and whistles like second gen InfinitieFX.

And for the big boyz/galz, theres the GeForce 3 Ti 500 which has a 300MHz core and is a real screamer for performance.

Radeon's answer to the Geforce 3, the radeon 8500, looks solid. If you're going to wait a few weeks, you'll probably want to ask this again once the radeon is release 10/1/01.

For the here and now, the geforce Ultra is probably best for $200 (we're talking $300+ for these other cards and there's no software/games even using the more advanced $$ features yet).
