Whats the proper name for the connectors on each end of your modem cable?

Cause i need to buy a new one and on a lot of sites the cable is listed by code for each connector on a cable (eg R111 etc.)

Cheers for the help anyway.

RJ-11 connectors for dialup and dsl, F-connectors for cable.

In the US it's RJ-11. In the UK, isn't it the larger BT?
If so, then there's a different cord required...
Here's one at Maplin's LINKY (http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=4898&TabID=1&source=15&WorldID=&doy=9m12)

Good point sir!, for ethernet/Lan/Wan ports, it's an RJ-45.
What I posted earlier is for a BT telephone wall jack to a US style phone modem.

Confused yet?
